Carol and Michelle are a mother-daughter duo from Quincy, IL. Their shared love of sewing, upcycling, fashion, and the finer things in life led them to create what is now known as Impossibly Cute Hats. What began as a fun holiday experiment in Carol's sewing room has now expanded to a thriving local business that continues to develop new products and bring joy to the community.
